If your item was made with the incorrect details, please contact us and we will fix the issue, however if your personalisation you provided was incorrect we will offer to fix for a small fee.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 Days of receiving your order. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
